1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website https://codekeet.com (the "Site"), purchasing any courses, subscribing to services, or interacting with CodeKeet ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

Legal Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," "You") and CodeKeet.

2. Eligibility

By using our Site and services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and purchase.
  • You are not located in a country that is subject to trade sanctions or restrictions.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, courses, or services, you may need to register an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Course & Service Usage

Courses: When you purchase a course, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and view the course content for your personal learning. You may not share, resell, or distribute course materials without written permission.

Services: For web development, digital marketing, or graphic design services, specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal.

  • Course access is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
  • Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements (≥80% completion and passing quizzes).
  • We reserve the right to update course content without prior notice.

5. Payments & Fees

All payments for courses and services are processed through secure third-party payment gateways including Razorpay, Google Pay, and PhonePe.

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect already purchased courses.
  • Payment must be completed in full before course access or service delivery begins.
  • For subscription-based services, automatic recurring billing applies unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Fraud Prevention: We use fraud detection tools. Suspicious transactions may be held for verification or cancelled.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Course Refunds:

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course content.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be issued after 7 days or if more than 20% of the course has been accessed.

Service Refunds:

  • Refunds for custom services are governed by the specific Service Agreement.
  • For monthly retainer services, a 15-day written notice is required for cancellation.

Non-Refundable Items: Certificate fees, completed projects, delivered digital assets, and consultation fees are non-refundable.

7. Delivery Policy

Digital Products (Courses): Access is delivered instantly via email and your account dashboard upon successful payment confirmation.

Services (Web Development/Digital Marketing): Deliverables are shared via email, Google Drive, or project management portal according to the agreed timeline in the Service Agreement.

If you do not receive access within 24 hours of payment, please contact codekeet@gmail.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, videos, code, and software, is the property of CodeKeet or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.
  • Course materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • "CodeKeet" and the CodeKeet logo are registered trademarks.
Code Usage: Code snippets provided in courses may be used in your personal or commercial projects, but you may not repackage or resell them as standalone courses.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
  • Share, resell, or distribute course content to third parties.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others using our platform.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our Site.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or course content.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Razorpay, YouTube, Google Analytics). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, COURSES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from taking our courses or using our services.
  • Career or income claims are illustrative only and not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODEKEET AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CodeKeet, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Site or services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit or transmit through our Site

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Request by law enforcement

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification).

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at codekeet@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate arbitration or legal proceedings in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
  • Sending an email notification to registered users.

Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
