At CodeKeet, we are committed to providing high-quality digital education and professional services. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our courses, services, and digital products.
2. Course Refund Policy
📚 Self-Paced Online Courses
- 7-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Course Completion Limit: Refunds are only available if you have completed less than 20% of the course content.
- No Questions Asked: We do not ask for detailed reasons, but feedback is appreciated.
- After 7 days or if you have completed more than 20% of the course, no refund will be issued.
🎓 Live Training / Webinars
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before the session: Full refund.
- Cancellation within 24-48 hours: 50% refund.
- Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
- If CodeKeet cancels the session: Full refund or rescheduling option.
📦 Course Bundles
- Refunds for course bundles follow the same 7-day policy.
- If you access any course in the bundle beyond 20%, the entire bundle becomes non-refundable.
- Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.
3. Service Refund Policy
💻 Web Development Services
- Deposit/Advance: 50% advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Before Work Starts: Full refund of advance if project hasn't started.
- During Development: Refund calculated based on work completed (prorated).
- After Delivery: No refund after final delivery and approval.
- Bug Fixes: We provide free bug fixes for 30 days after delivery, but no refunds.
📈 Digital Marketing Services
- Monthly retainer services: Cancel anytime with 15-day written notice.
- Refunds for unused days in the current month will be prorated.
- SEO and advertising spend (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is non-refundable once spent.
- Campaign management fees are refundable only if no work has been performed.
🎨 Graphic Design Services
- Logo/Branding: 50% refund if design work hasn't started; no refund after first draft.
- Social Media Graphics: Refund only if no work has been delivered.
- Revisions are free up to 3 rounds, but no refunds after final approval.
4. Subscription Cancellation
For monthly or yearly subscription plans:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle.
- No refunds for partial months or years.
- You will retain access until the end of your current paid period.
- If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Certificate fees after issuance
- Downloaded course materials, source code, or assets
- Completed and delivered projects
- Advertising spend (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Third-party fees (payment gateway charges, taxes)
- Consultation fees after the consultation has been provided
- Custom code or software that has been delivered and approved
- Examination or assessment fees once taken

- Include your Order ID and Course/Service Name.
- Provide a brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful).
- Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours.

7. Refund Timeline
- Approval Time: 24-48 hours after receiving your request.
- Processing Time (Razorpay/UPI): 5-7 business days.
- Processing Time (Credit/Debit Card): 7-10 business days.
- Processing Time (Net Banking): 5-7 business days.
- Reflection in Account: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-3 days.
8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
- Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first to resolve the issue.
- Unresolved disputes should be raised through proper channels, not fraudulent chargebacks.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action.
- If a chargeback is filed and we win the dispute, an additional ₹500 fee will apply.
- We reserve the right to suspend your account during dispute investigation.
